Food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment handling, and efficient workflow management.
Japanese cleaning standards, equipment maintenance, waste management, and maintaining pristine work areas.
Working effectively with kitchen and service staff, communication protocols, and shift management.
JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic certification recommended
High school diploma or equivalent required
Good physical health for kitchen work environment
18+ years with enthusiasm for hospitality
