Since its establishment in 1997, Fordays has focused on nucleic acids (DNA & RNA) and pioneered the field of nucleic acid supplements, now holding 94.2% of the Japanese market.
We collaborate with leading research institutions, conducting science-based academic research, and contributing to health promotion at both genetic and cellular levels.
To help people lead healthy and beautiful lives by harnessing the power of nucleic acids, we not only focus on health food products but also on the development and sales of cosmetics.
In recent years, we have expanded our business globally to:
Taiwan

We actively engage in social contribution activities to create a prosperous future where everyone can live independently, driving our health creation business while solving social issues.
The FORDAYS SSW Training Center is Nepal's first Japanese-style training institution dedicated to developing job-ready human resources for Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program. Established by FORDAYS Co., Ltd. and BLUE SKY JAPAN Co., Ltd., the center focuses on practical nursing care and food service training that meets real Japanese workplace standards.
Our mission is to ensure that the period between hiring and arrival in Japan is not left as a blank phase, but is instead used to build practical skills, discipline, and confidence. Through hands-on training in nursing care, food service, Japanese language, and workplace etiquette, we prepare you to contribute from your very first day on the job.
Our relationship with Nepal began in 2008 when Representative Wada visited Sarangkot Village and was deeply moved by the local conditions. What started as a vision has grown into a meaningful journey of empowerment—from vocational training and earthquake relief to building Nepal's first Japanese-style SSW training center. This is our story of partnership, resilience, and mutual growth.
Representative Wada visited Sarangkot Village, initiated the Nepal Support Project, and established the NPO "The Association for Nepal Synapse Self-Reliance Support in Japan."
Sarangkot FORDAYS Work Training Center completed. Literacy class opened to begin vocational training for the local community.
Sewing machine training launched. Local NGO "Nepal FORDAYS Self-Reliance Support Association" established with preparations for local transfer.
Sarangkot FORDAYS Restaurant opened (2012). Vocational training (2013) and restaurant business (2014) handovers completed, ensuring sustainable local management.
Magnitude-7.8 earthquake struck. FORDAYS immediately began relief activities. Donation of JPY 22,047,233 presented to Ambassador Madan Kumar Bhatarai.
Four schools reconstructed after earthquake. Sarangkot FORDAYS Restaurant renovated and reopened. School lunch program launched.
Sarangkot FORDAYS Restaurant reopened with accommodation facilities, expanding opportunities for tourism and local employment.
This journey evolved from community support to professional training, driven by the recognition that the greatest gift we can offer is not just opportunity, but the skills and confidence to seize it. The FORDAYS SSW Training Center represents the culmination of this vision—a place where Nepali professionals can develop world-class skills and Japanese employers can find dedicated, job-ready workers.
