The FORDAYS SSW Training Center is Nepal's first Japanese-style training institution dedicated to developing job-ready human resources for Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program. Established by FORDAYS Co., Ltd. and BLUE SKY JAPAN Co., Ltd., the center focuses on practical nursing care and food service training that meets real Japanese workplace standards.
Our mission is to ensure that the period between hiring and arrival in Japan is not left as a blank phase, but is instead used to build practical skills, discipline, and confidence.
